Exporting Volunteer Data From VIRA

You can export your volunteer data from VIRA so you can then import it to INVOLVE.

Go to the Your Volunteers tab in VIRA
Click on Show volunteer filters
Set the filters to display the volunteers you want. You can choose to select either Currently Volunteering, All Volunteers or Not Currently Volunteering.
Click on Filter
Click Export to CSV to create the CSV file
You will need to edit the CSV file to remove any duplicate phone numbers as INVOLVE can only import one phone number. Click here for further advice on how to do this.
