VIRA will export multiple phone numbers in one column, and this cannot be correctly imported. There are a couple of ways to fix this.
1) Manually Correcting the File
You can manually fix the file by editing it in Excel and removing any duplicate phone numbers. this is the easiest solution if you only have a few records with multiple phone numbers
2) Using a Macro to Correct the File
To assist you to easily extract one telephone number from your VIRA CSV file we have put together an Excel file that includes a macro you can copy and paste into your VIRA CSV file. This macro will automate a series of steps that will result in a new column being added to the end of your VIRA CSV file displaying just one telephone number, which will be the first number that appears in the Phones column of your VIRA export.
It is easier to use the macro if you have many records that need to be corrected.
